Tree Planting Initiative
As part of our commitment to the environment, we’ve partnered with Ecologi to plant trees for every piece of feedback we receive on our support tickets. This initiative not only encourages constructive feedback but also contributes to reforestation efforts worldwide. Each piece of feedback directly results in one tree being planted, helping to offset our carbon footprint and promote a healthier planet.

We have begun our Greenhouse Gas reduction journey by measuring our impact, and are in the process of developing a Net Zero framework.

We are implementing a recycled and refurbished laptop scheme for clients who wish to purchase these machines, increasing device reuse and reducing electronic waste.

We also offer pro-bono IT support to Cheltenham Open Door, a local charity that supports vulnerable, disadvantaged, and lonely individuals in the community. Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust
Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust is a conservation charity dedicated to protecting and restoring the county’s natural habitats, wildlife, and wild spaces. Managing more than 60 nature reserves across Gloucestershire, the Trust works to create thriving landscapes where wildlife and people can flourish together. Its work spans habitat restoration, species protection, community engagement, and education programmes that inspire people of all ages to connect with nature. Through practical conservation, campaigning, and partnerships with local communities and businesses, the Trust plays a vital role in tackling the climate and ecological crises while ensuring future generations can enjoy the county’s rich natural heritage.
Cheltenham Animal Shelter
Cheltenham Animal Shelter is a charity that has been caring for and rehoming abandoned, unwanted, and stray animals since 1926. Based in Gloucestershire, it provides a safe and supportive environment for dogs, cats, and small animals while they await their forever homes. Alongside rehoming, the shelter offers services such as behavioural support, veterinary care, and community initiatives including education programmes and low-cost veterinary clinics to promote responsible pet ownership. With a commitment to animal welfare and the local community, Cheltenham Animal Shelter gives vulnerable animals a second chance and helps people build lasting, positive relationships with their pets.
