Remote IT Support

Our Service Desk is at the heart of our operations, delivering remote IT support services. Our specialist engineers have a skillset covering a range of technologies, and levels of complexity – meaning that no matter how complex your IT issue is, we can escalate to the most suitable engineer to offer remote assistance and quickly implement a fix. Within our Service Desk, we have a Service Delivery Manager who oversees urgent issues, escalations, and more intricate issues which involve multiple channels of communication (like when we need to liaise with a third party supplier, or a contractor).

We have ITIL-aligned processes in place, along with Service Level Agreements which ensure a high level of service is received. But beyond that, we listen to what clients are saying, and recognise what the impact of each issue is on the business. Sometimes, the lowest priority issues can have the biggest impact.

Our tech support toolkit allows us to remotely access devices and start working on issues quickly – with some tasks being triggered by machine learning to undertake potential fixes and use proactive IT support to resolve minor issues before they escalate. Whilst our IT maintenance is remote, we can quickly dispatch an engineer to site to undertake repairs to physical hardware when necessary with our IT Support Services.
