Microsoft Viva Insights is one of the four software modules of Microsoft Viva. Viva Insights identifies collaboration patterns that can help improve productivity, employee wellbeing, and help address unique business challenges.
It does this by generating personal recommendations including; protected focused time, following through on commitments to your collaborates, and training time, all based on data-driven insights from your Microsoft 365 data with the aim to build better work habits. The personal insights generated are completely private and personal to the individual. Through the effective use of technology, Emerge Digital will help your employees develop healthier work habits.

Insights identify who your key collaborators are and gives you the option to ‘pin’ them in Teams for easy access. Insights will also suggest 1:1 meetings with your managers where needed and schedule reminders for you.
