- Understand how the programme works, what to expect, and how each stage of your learning journey fits together.
- Understand what is expected of you as an active participant, including taking part in Townhalls, engaging with the community through Viva Engage, and completing programme surveys.
- Identify your personal goals for the programme and define what success looks like for you.
- Commit to your own development journey by completing your onboarding reflections and CPD requirements.
