Nigel Church
Nigel Church, the Chief Executive Officer of Emerge Digital, holds over 30 years of experience in assisting clients to identify and implement appropriate technology solutions. He has been instrumental in guiding the vision, strategic direction, and growth of the company since 2011.
His vast experience includes a business development role at Global Cloud Xchange, a senior management role at Syscap Ltd, and a partner management role at Cable and Wireless. He started his career managing accounts for large corporate clients at Xerox. Apart from his professional role, Nigel serves as a Board Trustee for Cheltenham Open Door, reflecting his commitment to community service. His leadership skills and community involvement make him a crucial asset to Emerge Digital.

Tom Henson
Tom Henson, the Managing Director of Emerge Digital, has built an impressive career of over 20 years in the IT industry, marked by a breadth of management, commercial, and technical expertise. Currently leading Emerge Digital, he uses his deep understanding of technology and business to provide efficient and cost-effective digital transformation and technological innovation solutions to businesses.
Tom’s journey includes a successful tenure as a Technical Sales Manager at GBE Converge, where he leveraged his passion for technology and business comprehension to help customers reach their objectives. He’s been part of Emerge Digital since 2019, initially serving as Client Services Director before taking on his current role. His unique ability to bridge the gap between business and technology with practical advice has been instrumental in his career progression.

His crowning achievement, the establishment of the world’s first National MBA in Cyber Security, testifies to his forward-thinking approach. As an early-stage investor in innovative projects like Atlas Sportstech’s Athletes Passport, and currently holding executive roles in sustainable businesses like Pack Smart and Greenteck Global, Jon’s expertise enriches our focus on technology.
